We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order insured by UPS or by USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada must be shipped UPS Second Day Air.

International Orders:
If your order is shipping to a country other than the USA or Canada, you must choose the "International Shipping" option. You may be required by your government to pay a customs fee. Rock Hill Lavender is not responsible for these customs fees, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Returns

Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. An original receipt is required with all returns.

Any item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. A return address will be given to you with the pre-approval notice.

If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.
